Campulse started as an idea from two young developers who saw how difficult it was for students to connect with real opportunities, find trusted services, or showcase what they do. We experienced the struggles of campus life — unreliable contacts, fake vendors, and lack of exposure — and decided to create a solution empowering every student. How does Campulse Escrow work?

Campulse Escrow protects both buyers and sellers. A seller creates a service offer, the buyer pays securely through our payment gateway, and the funds are held safely in escrow. The seller then delivers the work. Once the buyer confirms satisfaction, our team releases the payment to the seller.

Is payment automatic when I click “Pay with Escrow”?

Yes. The initial payment is processed instantly through our payment gateway. Once the payment is confirmed, the escrow becomes active. The final payment release to the seller is reviewed and approved by an admin.

Does Campulse charge any fees on escrow transactions?

Campulse charges a small service fee on escrow transactions. This helps us maintain platform security, support users, and continuously improve the experience.

Can I request a revision after delivery?

Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with the delivered work, you can request a revision directly inside the chat using the revision option. This keeps communication clear and ensures quality delivery.

How does messaging work on Campulse?

All communication happens in private chats between buyers and sellers. You can send messages, images, and files, and everything stays organized in one conversation.

Is Campulse AI part of the platform?

Yes. Campulse includes AI-powered tools such as message and caption assistance. You can use the AI icon beside the chat input to rewrite or improve your messages before sending.

Why are profiles and listings grouped by schools?

Campulse is campus-focused. Organizing users by school helps reduce spam, improves trust, and allows students to easily find services and products within their campus community.

Can I update my profile details later?

Yes. You can update your bio, services, category, and contact details at any time. However, your school cannot be changed to maintain platform trust and integrity.

Can I delete a listing I created?

Yes. Listings on your profile can be deleted at any time. A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental removal.

Is my payment information safe on Campulse?

Absolutely. Payments are handled by trusted payment providers, and funds are securely held in escrow until the transaction is completed successfully.

How do I create an account on Campulse?

Creating an account is simple. Sign up using your basic details, select your school, and complete your profile. Once done, you can start buying, selling, or showcasing your skills immediately.

Can I reset my password if I forget it?

Yes. Campulse supports secure password recovery. Simply click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
